All rooms in "Puffins" are newly decorated, well appointed and spacious. The floors in the bathrooms and kitchen are ceramic tiled, and all other rooms have an oak finish floor that is attractive, easy to keep clean and durable against the beach sand you will inevitably bring in! "Puffins" is licensed to sleep up to 6 people plus one baby.

Double bedroom #1 is a spacious and airy room with a fitted wardrobe, a dressing table and a chest of drawers. The floor is 'oak' with Chinese scatter rugs. There are large French doors to the main garden, with a patio outside. It is next to the main bathroom.

Double bedroom #2 has a matching wardrobe and bedside tables. There is an en suite shower room, wash basin and wc. The floor is 'oak' with scatter rugs. The view is to the main garden.

The twin bedroom has bunk beds, a fitted wardrobe and a chest of drawers. It is next to the main bathroom. The view is to the main garden.

The spacious dining room has two large French doors ~ facing the sea at one side and the main garden on the other. The table seats six and there is an antique dresser. This is a very large and spacious room and a favourite with visitors.

The kitchen is well appointed and fitted with an electric oven, microwave cooker, dishwasher, washing machine and fridge freezer. There is a table with 4 chairs and ample cupboard space.

The large main room has two settees, two armchairs, bookshelves, TV with a DVD player and hifi. There is a wide door to the sea-front with wheelchair access.

The main bathroom has a bath, shower with wheelchair access, w.c. and washbasin. It is tiled throughout.

The study has well stocked bookshelves, a selection of games and a computer with free broadband access and Skype.

The spacious conservatory has spectacular views to the sea and the garden. There is a table with chairs, a low table, a sofa and two armchairs. The French doors open to the garden.
